{"id":1185,"date":"2010-12-21T14:50:32","date_gmt":"2010-12-21T21:50:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.dadcents.com\/?p=1185"},"modified":"2010-12-21T14:59:25","modified_gmt":"2010-12-21T21:59:25","slug":"proverbs-2131-12-21-2010","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dadcents.com\/2010\/12\/proverbs-2131-12-21-2010\/","title":{"rendered":"Proverbs 21:31 &#8211; 12.21.2010"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Proverbs Post #27-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Today I was reading in chapter 21, <a href=\"http:\/\/cialis-buy-online.net\" style=\"text-decoration:none;color:#676c6c\">vialis 40mg<\/a>  and verse 31 jumped out to me today.\u00a0 It says:<\/p>\n<address style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><strong>21:31:<\/strong> A horse is prepared for the day of battle, <a href=\"http:\/\/buy-viagra-cialis.net\" style=\"text-decoration:none;color:#676c6c\">patient<\/a> <\/address>\n<address style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">but the victory is from the Lord.<\/p>\n<\/address>\n<address style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><\/address>\n<p>Wow!\u00a0 I did not intend to take this much time off from writing Proverbs posts but Thanksgiving and a trip to Romania drew the bulk of my attention for several weeks.\u00a0 My wife tells me that if she had a nickel for every time I have told her \u201cYou are not going to believe this,\u201d she could be a millionaire.\u00a0 So I will tell you instead, \u201cYou are not going to believe this!\u201d\u00a0 God showed me today, through a friend, that verse 31 was for me today.<\/p>\n<p>If we pay attention, God will give us gentle reminders of His love, grace and direction.\u00a0 Over the last several months, I have been gung ho, moving forward with ministry.\u00a0 Working hard and focusing on the task at hand, I have been dependent on my efforts.\u00a0 \u201cA horse is prepared for the day of battle,\u201d means that we are to be prepared \u201cbut the victory is from the Lord,\u201d means that He accomplishes it.
