{"id":904,"date":"2010-10-22T07:59:56","date_gmt":"2010-10-22T14:59:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.dadcents.com\/?p=904"},"modified":"2010-10-25T14:06:34","modified_gmt":"2010-10-25T21:06:34","slug":"102210-proverby-223","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dadcents.com\/2010\/10\/102210-proverby-223\/","title":{"rendered":"10\/22\/10 &#8211; Proverby 22:3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Proverbs Post #4-<\/p>\n<p>Today I was reading in chapter 22, <a href=\"http:\/\/cheapestviagra.net\" title=\"drugstore\" style=\"text-decoration:none;color:#676c6c\">buy<\/a>  and verse 3 struck me today.\u00a0 It says:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>22:3<\/strong> A shrewd person sees danger and hides himself,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">but the naive keep right on going and suffer for it.<\/p>\n<p>Would you like to be the shrewd person or the naive person?\u00a0 Ok, I probably did not have to ask.\u00a0 As a general rule, being naive is not a good trait for functioning well in our country.\u00a0 There are a large number of individuals who are searching for people to take advantage of.<\/p>\n<p>As I began writing, my first thought was of being naive in our daily lives.\u00a0 But I think the implication goes further than our daily interaction with others in this world.\u00a0 When you read &#8220;A shrewd person sees danger and hides himself,&#8221; did you wonder why they would hide? 1 Peter 5 provides a possible answer to this question.\u00a0 It says &#8220;Be sober and alert.\u00a0 Your enemy the devil, <em>like a roaring lion<\/em>, is on the prowl looking for someone to devour.&#8221;\u00a0 \u00a0Lions are a good reason to hide!<\/p>\n<p>Be alert!\u00a0 Are you being attentive to your interaction with the world?<\/p>\n<p>I want to challenge you to take up reading the Proverb of the day and the entire chapter as well.\u00a0 Lord, please help each one of us to keep our focus on things above and not the things of this earth.\u00a0 Amen.<\/p>\n<p>I am using the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bible.org\/\">Net Bible<\/a> to quote from for these posts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Proverbs Post #4- Today I was reading in chapter 22, buy and verse 3 struck me today.\u00a0 It says: 22:3 A shrewd person sees danger and hides himself, but the naive keep right on going and suffer for it.
